Operating at Level 2

After the announcement by government I am happy to announce that I can work under level 2  I am very excited to welcome you all back from Monday the 18th of May.

​

In level 2 will bring a few changes to how I will operate as the requirements set by the MOH, government and the NZ Association of Registered Beauty Professionals.  And these regulations might change as new information gets released.

1.     An online consultation and health declaration will have to be completed before arriving for an appointment 

2.     If you can please remain in your car until I show you in 

3.     On arrival I will give you the option of sanitiser or washing your hands

HEALTH DECLARATION

I declare that within the 21 days immediately

preceding this date of this declaration, I have not:

a. tested positive or been identified as a potential carrier for the Coronavirus

b. experienced any symptoms associated with the Coronavirus

​

c. been in contact with any person I knew or now know to be carrying the Coronavirus

​

d. traveled overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with anybody who hascAnd that I will notify my Beauty Therapist if any of the above should change
